Many of these unique parcels of land are not listed with real estate brokers. They have sometimes been held by private families for centuries and may have multiple owners. Trevi Design is able to negotiate land acquisition on your behalf, oftentimes reuniting adjoining parcels to create an ideal location and lot size for your vacation home.
Once the land has been selected, our multi-lingual team goes to work helping you through the legal process of purchasing and registering the title.
